EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING (EMDR)
Trauma therapy can be one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. Every person has some sort of "trauma" in their life, whether a car wreck, a childhood memory of rejection, or abuse. Until you have processed your trauma, you may find yourself responding strongly to seemingly insignificant things. Or, maybe you feel trapped in your past.
